About the Board

For 2025, the Board will hold an orientation January 28 at 3:00 p.m. EST and quarterly meetings on four Fridays at 3:00 p.m. Eastern: March 14, June 13, September 12, and December 12. Once appointed, each director also is expected to serve on one or more of the Board committees—Governance, Nominating, Quality Expectations, and Research & Evaluation—which hold separate virtual meetings, up to once per month.
