Quality Implementation I: Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement

Continuous growth and improvement are foundational goals of the AAQEP accreditation process.

This workshop will help you implement a continuous improvement process that supports a rhythm of engagement in collaborative, evidence-based innovation and improvement.

The workshop introduces improvement science using core principles of a systems model to build a culture of change for continuous improvement. You will begin designing action plans for embedding continuous improvement through a model of improvement science to align and guide your work.

Leave with a plan to integrate a continuous improvement model into your programs and activities.

Registration Fee

$125 per person (AAQEP member); $150 per person (nonmember)
