Continuous growth and improvement are foundational goals of the AAQEP accreditation process. 

Engage with implementation science through the use of the PDSA (plan-do-study-act) model and cultivate leadership techniques for sustaining a continuous improvement culture.

This workshop expands the introduction to continuous improvement through implementation science. A key component to changing culture is leaders and their recognition of the change process and how adults learn and change. Discover how leaders can address potential challenges and design opportunities to leverage the change process.

Leave with ideas supporting a culture of continuous improvement through leadership development.

 
This workshop is designed for providers actively pursuing AAQEP accreditation but is open to anyone interested in learning more about the system.
Registration Fee

$125 per person (AAQEP member); $150 per person (nonmember); 20% discount for 6 or more registrants from the same institution/organization
