Join us for the 9th annual AAQEP Quality Assurance Symposium, to be held March 26-27 in Irving, Texas.

The symposium is a national professional conference focused on practices, policies, and inquiry related to quality assurance and improvement in educator preparation, particularly related to AAQEP accreditation. Participation is open to anyone seeking to share and learn with the professional community, whether or not they are formally affiliated with AAQEP.

The schedule for 2026 will run from 9:00 a.m. March 26 through 4:00 p.m. March 27 and includes plenary keynotes, meals and networking, sponsor/vendor interactions, and both peer-reviewed and invited concurrent sessions highlighting the work of educator preparation programs and their partners on evidence-based improvement, research, data and assessment activities, and more.

In addition, a complimentary preconference event for state personnel will be held March 25, 1:00-5:00 p.m. (click here for separate registration).

Cancellation requests received by at least 2 weeks prior to the event start date will be issued a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is not made prior to the cancellation date. AAQEP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted to events@aaqep.org.
