Despite the essential role teachers play in developing students and contributing to a functioning society, teacher shortages have become ubiquitous. TikToks of educators sharing why they are leaving the field have gone viral. Educator preparation program enrollment is down. The desirability of a career in education has fallen drastically. What is our field to do?
