Join us September 19-20, 2024, in St. Louis, Missouri, for the third annual AAQEP Institute. Choose from three tracks of professional learning seminars for accreditation and assessment leaders:

Stories help make sense of the world around us. 

In this seminar, you'll learn to bring your program's data to life through a quality assurance narrative that uses data storytelling and visuals to build understanding among your stakeholders.

This track supports the professional development of faculty and staff who are new to their leadership role in accreditation.

Develop a network of peers who “do accreditation” as you learn how to organize and lead quality assurance work for your program.

Designed for individuals working with accreditation or other quality assurance processes, this seminar brings an improvement science lens to the use of data and to leading and building a culture of change through continuous improvement.

Each seminar track will convene in its own meeting room, but all participants will have opportunities to intermingle over coffee, meals, and a reception.

Note: Both AAQEP members and nonmembers will benefit from these seminars. While AAQEP’s system will provide a practical model in places, the principles and lessons apply across other accreditation and improvement work.

Regular Pricing (August 29-On Site)

$775 per person (AAQEP member)
$850 per person (nonmember)

The registration fee covers participation in two full days of presentations/workshop activities, networking with peers and staff, and all associated handouts or other resources. Meals to be provided on site include a light breakfast and lunch each day, coffee breaks, and an end-of-day reception September 19.

Space is limited within each track and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation requests received by at least 2 weeks prior to the event start date will be issued a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is not made prior to the cancellation date. AAQEP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted to events@aaqep.org.
