Preconference Data Lab: Using Your Completers’ ETS Testing Data to Inform Program Improvement
Wondering how to get the most out of your completers’ ETS testing data for program review and continuous improvement? Join this free, hands-on preconference Data Lab offered the day before the AAQEP Quality Assurance Symposium.
ETS staff will guide participants through accessing and interpreting completers’ testing data using the web-based ETS Data Manager, including category-level performance results that can support program evaluation, accreditation conversations, and faculty inquiry. You’ll learn how to view and work with data across all of your preparation programs—including programs with small numbers of test takers—so that no program is overlooked in your analysis.
The session will include an overview of the available data views and analytic tools, followed by structured time to explore your own institution’s data with support from ETS staff who are deeply familiar with the assessments and reporting structures. This is an opportunity to ask practical questions, test ideas, and consider how your data might inform program discussions, curriculum alignment, or evidence for quality assurance.
