AAQEP holds two national events each year: the Quality Assurance Symposium in the spring and the AAQEP Institute in the fall. Both conferences have 2 full days of content, are open for public registration, and convene in rotating regions of the country.

How We Select Conference Locations AAQEP’s national events are designed to engage programs and educators from all over the country in professional learning and collaboration. We are committed to providing welcoming and safe spaces for all participants. To maximize everyone’s opportunity to participate, we seek conference venues that can support our programmatic needs while prioritizing accessibility of the location (considering factors such as affordability, convenience for air travelers, and likely weather conditions). To further promote equitable access and affordability, we strive to identify conference venues well in advance in rotating regions across the country (west, central, east). |
